Stacey R. Rose

A Vancouver native, Stacey has been adjusting claims in British Columbia for 19 years, including 10 years as a staff adjuster/examiner for BC’s largest auto insurer. She brings a wealth of field experience in handling auto and property/casualty losses alike, and is known for an innate and consistent ability to gain the cooperation of individuals on all sides of an investigation.
Stacey is frequently retained for the purpose of conducting interviews where a degree of sensitivity and discretion is required, such as cases featuring high profile and media-sensitive claims.
With many years of experience in handling liability claims as a staff adjuster, Stacey has naturally developed a strong specialty in handling large litigated losses for catastrophic and brain injury exposures, as well as in-depth pre-trial investigation and witness preparation.
Stacey is a Past President of the British Columbia Insurance Adjusters Association, and is active in her ongoing support of various educational programs that foster the continued education of the adjusting profession in B.C.

Mike Miles, B.A.
Our profile as a growing service provider to Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland clients has been greatly enhanced by our good fortune in developing these markets under the hand of Mike Miles as branch manager of our Abbotsford location. Mike benefits Cornerstone with well over twenty years experience as an independent adjuster and is well known and respected among key auto and property/casualty insurers across the region.
Mike was born and raised in the B.C. Lower Mainland. After completing his education in Alberta, Mike returned to Vancouver to start his career in the insurance industry. His integrity and skill in negotiation have been an ongoing asset, in his acting as claims representative for Save On Foods, McDonalds Restaurants and Shoppers Drug Mart as well as a great many public and private underwriters of all size and market share. Mike has long been known for his commitment to detail and thoroughness in his liability investigations and interview techniques in large litigated losses.
Currently Mike sits on the Board of Directors for the Mission Foundation. He has also volunteered in the past for Scouts Canada, the Canadian Red Cross and the Special Olympics.

Angela Shears
We are so very pleased to welcome Angela to the organization in the spring of 2009, where she opened our newest office location in West Vancouver..
A Chartered Insurance Professional bringing over 20 years field and management experience in the claims industry, Angela began her career as an independent adjuster working with a regional firm, specializing in the investigation of large litigated auto exposures. Her years in this speciality prepared her for subsequent engagements including ownership of a regional adjusting firm and branch management with a large national independent adjusting firm in Vancouver.
Our professional compliment benefits tremendously from Angela's great and varied experience in managing claims in all lines of business, and her coverage of the North and West Vancouver territories regularly includes the Sunshine Coast, Howe Sound and Squamish/Whistler regions..

Catherine Dussault
Catherine joined the Cornerstone family in 2007 as a junior adjuster under the supervision of Stacey Rose and rapidly became a great asset to our Coquitlam location. She brings a wealth of business and investigative experience as a compliment to our staff, having held key positions in the field of commercial investigation with a focus on fraud, identity theft, recovery of property and funds, and major account management.
Catherine is blessed with an innate ability to see the ‘big picture’ and to organize very complex threads of information into cohesive and useful bodies of evidence. Her highly developed skill in information technology and research make Catherine a top drawer investigator and researcher. Catherine is a licensed Adjuster with the Insurance Council of British Columbia and is currently working toward her CIP designation.
