Bob joined Cornerstone in August 2016, bringing over thirty-five years’ of claims-handling experience, specializing in large and complex property and liability claims. He commenced his employment in the claims field with a national firm, moving on to partnership with a very successful regional firm located in the Fraser Valley. He has been an instructor within the industry, and has successfully represented both Insurer and Insured in the Appraisal process.
Bob’s training in the social-work discipline is evident in his claims-handling approach. He is consistently professional, empathetic, thorough, practical and efficient, with a view to supporting the interests of all parties to an issue. These skills, combined with an eye for detail, strong negotiation skills and decision-making ability, ensure that claims are resolved in the most cost-effective manner possible, under his practiced hand.
