Pat brings to our office thirty-plus years of claims experience gathered through various positions held in both national and regional adjusting firms here in the lower mainland. Prior to her employment with our firm, she was the right hand to a small boutique adjusting company for over twenty years, where she managed a claims case load, as well as an office and staff.
Pat holds a Level 2 adjusting license with the Insurance Council of B.C., and she continues to enhance her understanding of the evolving industry through continuing education. Her genuine and sincere character, along with her calm communication style is appreciated by Underwriters and Policyholders alike. Her level of professionalism and work ethic are truly second to none, and we are very pleased to be able to count on Pat as part of our overall claims team.
