A Vancouver native, Stacey has been adjusting claims in British Columbia for over thirty years, including ten years as a staff adjuster/examiner for B.C.’s largest auto insurer. She brings a wealth of field experience in multi lines claim handling, and she is responsible for the management and development of our Personal Injury and Liability Divisions. Stacey is known for her innate and consistent ability to gain the cooperation of individuals on all sides of an investigation, as well as for the quality of her reporting which is second to none, and intrinsic to the litigated claim.
With many years of experience in handling of liability claims as a staff adjuster, Stacey has naturally developed a strong specialty in handling large litigated losses for catastrophic and brain injury exposures, as well as in-depth pre-trial investigation and witness preparation. She is frequently retained for the purpose of conducting interviews where a degree of sensitivity and discretion is required, such as cases featuring high profile and media-sensitive claims. She has developed a key following of insurers who are quick to rely on her practiced and professional handling of multi-line claims, including property, products and professional liability, and personal injury among others.
Stacey continues to add to her long list of core competencies and is currently nearing completion of a Certificate in Conflict Resolution (Third Party Intervention/Mediation) through the Justice Institute of B.C.
